    LASER CUTTING
    The steel laser cutting department at Venturi Acciai works with extreme precision even on very large sizes and, thanks to the characteristics of the systems employed, is able to produce unfinished parts ready for assembly, inclusive of refined boring and extremely clean edges.

    PLASMA CUTTING
    Production of a reduced area of heat flow and considerable cutting speed are the features of this department. The system is equipped with rotating head that also makes it possible to produce bevelled edges during cutting, with different angles of incidence, ideal for welding processes.

    OXYCUTTING
    This department cuts sheet metal thanks to the combination of a hot flame with a jet of oxygen and can guarantee a fine quality cut up to a thickness of 380mm.

    MITSUBISHI

    In the spirit of constant innovation and improvement that has always distinguished the company, in 2018 Venturi Acciai completed its installation of the first Mitsubishi 6030 XL Laser Cutting System in Europe.

    Though there are machines on the market that can process even larger size pieces, the Mitsubishi 6030 XL is the only one that combines large size, high dynamism and continuous Laser Cutting on 6 meters, without interruption and without repositioning.
